Forms and Publications
The Lakewood Village Homeowners Association (HOA) is incorporated with the State of Florida. To maintain proper records and accounting for reporting purposes, our members are required to complete accounting forms after each event or function sponsored by the association. In the form section on this page is the Activity Recap Form to be used by the event chairperson after completion of the event. Also, in the form section is a For Sale_Rent Form to be used by homeowners who wishes to list their homes for sale on this web site.
The HOA publishes a monthly newsletter and a calendar showing the activities planned for the month. These are shown below. In addition, the HOA posts the current By-Laws and Standing Rules, association meeting minutes, board meeting minutes and the financial reports.
