With over 200 double wide manufactured homes, the Village includes a large multi-purpose club house with exercise room, library/card room, ping pong and pool tables and a large screen HDTV. Other amenities include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard courts, bocci ball, horseshoes and tennis court. The park is large enough to accommodate the various interests of the residents yet small enough to make it a family community.

Many social functions take place throughout the year. These include holiday celebrations, dances, potluck dinners, catered dinners, cookouts, pancake breakfasts and various entertainment. Among the entertainment is the Lakewood Village choir, consisting of over 20 men and women. The choir presents several programs each year. Activities held each week include bingo, bridge, euchre, poker and dominoes. During certain times of the year, tournaments will be held for shuffleboard, golf and remote controlled sail boat races.

The Lakewood Village Homeowners Association serves to facilitate the various and numerous activities.
